The online store hanksome.com (hereinafter referred to as “hanksome.com” or “online store”) is operated by the company 2DIGIT d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “the seller”). By registering on the hanksome.com system, each user receives their username, which corresponds to their email address, and a password. The username and password uniquely identify the user and link them to the entered data. This allows the customer to purchase products more easily, and the seller ensures that the data is fully protected and used in accordance with the agreed-upon conditions with the (potential) buyer. The terms and conditions of sale define the operation of hanksome.com, the rights of users, and the business relationships between the seller and the buyer.

Payment Methods

The seller indicates the following payment methods:

Please note that these terms are only valid for delivery in Italy. The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the seller’s server. After order confirmation, each buyer also receives an invoice at the email address provided during the order.

To prevent resale, the purchase of some products is limited to 1 piece.

Prices

All prices include 22% VAT, except for Superfood products, which include 9.5% VAT. The prices in effect are valid at the time of order submission and do not have a predetermined validity period. Prices are valid for the payment methods indicated above and in accordance with the terms indicated above. The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic message stating “Order confirmed”). From this point on, all prices and conditions are fixed and valid for both the seller and the buyer.

All promotional offers on the page are valid until the specified date or until product stocks are exhausted.

Promotional Codes

Occasionally, readers of our newsletters or articles on various other channels receive promotional codes. The promotional code offers various offers and benefits, such as gifts or discounts. Each code is always limited to a specific date and time until which it is valid. It is used by entering it at Checkout in the “Promotional Code” box and confirming by clicking the “Accept” button. Promotional codes cannot be combined. The visitor or buyer can use only one code per purchase.

Contract Cancellation and Return of Ordered Products

For contracts concluded at a distance, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract within fourteen (14) days of purchase (Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act), by communicating this to the email address [email protected] without any explanation for their decision. The return of products within the designated return period is considered a message of contract cancellation. The buyer must return the products in their original box/packaging within 30 days of the written notice of contract cancellation to the following address:

After receiving the products, the seller is obliged by law to refund the buyer for the value of the purchased products. The only cost that remains the responsibility of the buyer is the shipping cost for returning the products. Cash-on-delivery packages will not be accepted.

The buyer must also include the invoice and their personal details with IBAN and SWIFT code for the refund. Payment is made within 30 days of receiving the notice of contract cancellation. After returning the products, the buyer will receive a refund of the product costs, including shipping costs. The buyer must send a message to the email address [email protected] before returning the products, and the seller is required to provide the buyer with all the information for returning the products. The buyer has an additional 30 days to return the products in their original box/packaging to the address mentioned above. Otherwise, the buyer is not obliged to provide a refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to the company’s headquarters. For the refund of products that come in a set, the buyer will be required to return all products contained in the set (it is not possible to return only some products from the set).

For hygiene reasons, some products (such as the Relaxing Gel Separator) can be returned only if the packaging is unopened, and the product has not been used.

Privacy Policy

The seller undertakes to protect all buyer’s personal data. The seller will use the buyer’s personal data solely for order fulfillment (sending informational materials, offers, and invoices) and other necessary communications. The buyer’s data will not be delivered to unauthorized persons under any circumstances. The buyer is also responsible for data protection by keeping their username and password secret.

Communication

The seller will communicate with the buyer solely through distance communication means unless the buyer explicitly objects. Electronic and/or SMS promotional messages will contain the following elements: – Clearly marked as promotional messages. – The sender will be clearly identified. – Various campaigns, promotions, and other marketing techniques will always be labeled as such, and participation terms will be clearly stated. – The option to opt-out of receiving such messages will be clearly presented. – The seller will respect the buyer’s wish not to receive promotional messages.

The online store hanksome.com and all the data on it, product images, and video elements are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization. The brand hanksome.com and the logo are the property of 2DIGIT d.o.o.

Complaints and Disputes

The seller complies with the current legislation on consumer protection. The seller undertakes to fulfill all obligations and establish an effective system for handling complaints, with a person the buyer can contact by phone or email. Complaints should be sent to the email address: [email protected]. The complaint procedure is strictly confidential. The seller will confirm the receipt of the complaint within five working days and will inform the buyer of the time it will take to resolve the complaint and keep them informed of the various processes. The seller is aware that the nature of the dispute is crucial, at least regarding judicial resolution, due to the disproportion between the economic value of the request and the costs incurred during its resolution. This is also the biggest obstacle for the buyer before initiating the judicial process. Therefore, the seller always commits to resolving disputes in a friendly manner.

Gifts and Promotional Offers

The seller often organizes contests to reward readers of newsletters and other customers who follow their work through various channels and media. Such a promotion involves giving a small product to all customers who purchase products with a total price above a certain value. The value and gifts are always clearly determined. If a customer decides to take advantage of such a promotion, they are also aware that in the event of returning products (partially or all), they must also return the gift, unless the value of the purchased products exceeds the value outlined by the seller to qualify for the gift, or if the customer has exchanged the product for another product from the online store of the same value. Example: The buyer receives a gift for every purchase over €50 (excluding shipping costs). The value of their purchase amounts to €57, so they receive the gift. Then they decide to return a product worth €20. The total purchase price then amounts to €37, which means they are not entitled to keep the gift and must return it. Instead of a refund, the buyer could choose to exchange the returned item with another item of the same value (€20), in which case they could keep the gift as well. Gifts that customers receive for free with a purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded.
