Exchange and Return

Your product replacement request must be sent within 14 days of delivery. The product you wish to return must be intact and returned in its original packaging. Packages that do not meet these conditions will be rejected or partially accepted.

How to initiate the return process:

  2. Fill out and submit the form.
  3. You will receive a reference code at your email address after submitting the form.
  4. Write the reference code on the package.
  5. Send the package to: 2DIGIT d.o.o. Gorenjska cesta 24, 1234 Mengeš

Once the returns office receives the package, a replacement product will be shipped within 8 working days.

Attention: If you do not receive the code, kindly contact us via email.

 

IMPORTANT

Please check the order confirmation or receipt sent to your email when you placed the order to ensure that the product was purchased from our online store. If you send us a product that is not ours, we are not responsible for your mistake, and we will not refund the product. The shipment must be made through email with proof of shipment. If the shipment is lost, we can still resolve the issue by verifying the receipt with the tracking number. Return postage costs are paid by the sender, and we do not accept shipments paid by the receiver.

 

List of products for which returns are not possible or limited:

  1. Detergents, enamel pastes, cosmetics: Products can be returned only if the protective film/seal has not been removed and they have not been opened or used.

  2. Swimwear, underwear: Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

  3. E-books: E-books are intellectual property that cannot be physically returned (they can be transferred or copied), so they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  4. Sets, kits: Partial returns of individual products from a set are not possible. Requests regarding the Mystery Box will be accepted and resolved only if all components of the box are returned.

  5. Gifts: Claims cannot be made for products received as gifts.

 

WARRANTY REQUEST

In case of a defect or malfunction of the product, you can take advantage of the warranty. We offer a 2-year warranty for all electronic products. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  1. Physical damage
  2. Wear and tear due to use
  3. Defects resulting from incorrect, improper, and negligent use of the item

ONLY REQUESTS THAT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED

 

SHIPPING REQUESTS

If your product has been damaged in transit or does not match the order, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly send us a photo of the package (with visible label) and the received product via email, clearly showing the damage. We will prioritize your request and apologize for the inconvenience.
